What we collect

• Enquiry details you submit through the contact form: name, business email, phone number, company name, the service you are interested in, an optional budget range and your project details.
• Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.
• Usage data — only if analytics are enabled and you allow them (see Cookies below).

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss your project.
• To prepare proposals and, if we work together, to deliver our services.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it (analytics, with your consent).

We do not sell your personal data. We do not add you to marketing lists without your permission.

Legal basis

We process enquiry details with your consent, given when you submit the form, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Who we share it with

When you submit the contact form, our website emails your details directly to our business inbox; no separate form service is involved. If direct sending is unavailable, the form instead opens your own email app and nothing is sent until you press send. Emails are held by our email provider; WhatsApp chats are handled by WhatsApp (Meta). The website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site. We may share details with partners only where needed to deliver a service you have asked for, and we will tell you first.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for 24 months after our last contact, unless we are working together or the law requires longer.

Cookies and analytics

This site works without tracking cookies. If we enable tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or the Meta Pixel, they load only after you choose “Allow analytics” in the cookie banner. Your choice is remembered in your browser; clear your site data to change it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase the personal data we hold about you, or raise a grievance, by writing to our Grievance Officer at mithrancreativeventures@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
